以下是我們為您帶來的功能更新：

1. 支援 LINE 官方帳號傳送檔案
2. 支援 Co-existence for WhatsApp Business App

## LINE 官方帳號傳送檔案

Omnichat 支援在串接的 LINE 官方帳號上，傳送檔案給顧客囉！

以下為細節說明：

* 檔案大小上限：64MB
* 檔案格式：常見的檔案格式皆可支援。但 .exe 檔或是其他被官方判定為違法/危險的副檔名，會被平台阻擋無法傳送。
* 檔案效期限制：發送起算 30 天內有效，超過時效則無法下載或存取檔案。
* 發送給顧客檔案訊息的語言會根據團隊設定語言而定。

## Co-existence for WhatsApp Business App

支援方案：須加購 WhatsApp Business App Coexistence Module

想用同一支電話號碼串接 Omnichat，但又同時可以使用 WhatsApp Business App 嗎？

你需要的 Co-existence for WhatsApp Business App 功能上線囉！

加購啟用這個模組，在串接 WhatsApp 渠道時，支援串接 WhatsApp Business App 帳號，串接後，即可在 Omnichat 系統中使用 Cloud API 發送訊息 ，同時一樣可以在 App 中發送給顧客，在 WhatsApp Business App 發送的訊息也會同步到 Omnichat 後台。
