哈囉，親愛的 Omnichat 用戶！

以下是我們為您帶來的功能更新：

1. 服務條款更新彈窗
2. AI 客服於對話後台呈現單獨名稱與頭像
3. 新版網站對話插件圖片放大

### 服務條款更新彈窗

因應 AI 相關功能與條款上線，目前系統新增了條款更新的確認機制，以確保管理者即時確認與同意最新內容

* **顯示時機：**服務條款更新彈窗將在 Admin 帳號每次登入後台時顯示（如下圖）

* **點擊「稍後再說」：**&#x5F48;窗將暫時關閉，並於管理員下次登入後再次跳出
* **點擊「同意」：系統將寄送「條款同意確認信」**：當任一位團隊的 Admin 點擊「我同意」後，系統將**寄送條款同意確認信**，並於信件中記錄**簽署人（點擊同意條款者）、同意日期。**&#x540C;意條款後，團隊成員進入後台時就不會再重複看到彈窗

### AI 客服於對話後台呈現單獨名稱與頭像

為提升辨識度，Omni AI 客服與第三方 AI Agent 中由 AI 回覆的訊息呈現已更新如下：

#### 對話後台統一識別

* 頭像：AI 回覆訊息旁顯示專屬「AI 星芒頭像」
* 名稱：後台語系為中文時顯示 `AI 客服`

#### &#x20;歷史對話 CSV 匯出

* 欄位規範：匯出 CSV 檔時，發送者欄位 `send by`)不分語系，一律固定顯示為 `AI Chat`。

### 新版網站對話插件圖片比例調整

為了讓網站對話插件的圖片更好閱讀，官網顧客行銷中的「站內行銷訊息」，放置圖片寬高比例調整為 **219:145**，填滿後多餘的部分將會置中裁切
