# WACA | 安裝 Omnichat

## 步驟 1

1. 進入Waca後台，點擊上方列表中的 「行銷推廣」
2. 點擊分頁 「數位行銷」
3. 找到 「Omnichat 即時客服」 ，點擊立即設定
4. 接著點選 「前往 Omnichat 後台」 進入申請帳號（如已經有 Omnichat帳號可跳過這步驟）

## 步驟 2

登入 Omnichat 後台管理頁面

前往 通訊渠道 > 網站對話插件 > [安裝對話插件](https://app.easychat.co/install.html) 頁面

1. 輸入要安裝 Omnichat 網站對話插件的網址
2. 選擇你的 Omnichat 網頁插件是否要顯示動畫
3. 選擇你的 Omnichat 網頁插件顏色
4. 設定 Omnichat 網頁插件標題與子標題（記得點擊儲存！）
5. 也可以自行上傳自訂網頁插件圖片
6. 點擊右方按鈕複製 Omnichat 安裝代碼（App Key）
7. 選擇你的開店平台，並點擊儲存

## 步驟 3

1. 進入Waca後台，點擊上方列表中的 「行銷推廣」
2. 點擊分頁 「數位行銷」
3. 找到 「Omnichat 即時客服」 ，點擊立即設定
4. 貼上剛剛複製的安裝代碼（App Key）後儲存。

## 步驟 4

設定完成後，就可以到商店右下角看到 Omnichat 網站對話插件囉！
