# 附錄 - 91APP 會員綁定 vs Omnichat 會員綁定

## 91APP 會員綁定

91APP 會員綁定：是指 91APP 會員資料中的 customer ID 和 LINE 的 UID 進行綁定。

綁定後消費者可以在用戶 LINE 官方帳號內，讓查詢到自己的會員資料以及訂單狀況。

如果需要了解目前哪些聯絡人在 LINE 上有進行 91APP 會員綁定，可以至 『社群聯絡人』 頁面進行篩選。

綁定流程可以參考下兩圖：

## Omnichat 綁定

Omnichat 綁定：消費者的社群身份＋消費者所使用的瀏覽器。綁定方式有三種：

1. 透過 「 [社群身份綁定](/features/she-qun-bang-ding-guan-li/social-subscriber-integration.md) 按鈕進行綁定
2. 透過 「 [彈出式綁定](/features/gou-wu-che-zai-hang-xiao-jia-gou-gong-neng/she-ding-gou-wu-che-zhui-zong-an-niu.md) 」 按鈕進行綁定
3. 透過 「[機器人按鈕](/features/marketing/chatbot-builder/ji-qi-ren-bang-ding-zhan-wai-bang-ding.md) 」進行綁定

綁定完成後，系統可以辨別該消費者身份，進而可以做到後續系統自動化推播，如顧客分眾標籤、再行銷推播以及購物車再行銷訊息等。

## 常見問題

#### Q1：我可以在 LINE 官方帳號上查詢到 91APP 會員卡資料是不是代表我完成 Omnichat 綁定？

A1：不是的， 91APP 會員綁定做到的是將 91APP 會員編號等資訊與 LINE 社群身份進行綁定，並沒有做到綁定消費者所使用瀏覽器唷！
