## Tag Management Upgrade: Now You Can Add Tag Categories!

Getting lost in a sea of tags? You can now organize and filter your tags using **tag categories**, making it faster and clearer to find the ones you need.

#### 🔑 Feature Highlights

* **Tag Categorization**: When adding or editing tags, you can assign them to categories (e.g., region, audience, interests). Each tag belongs to only one category.
* **Quick Filtering**: Whether in tag lists or when tagging in conversations, you can first select a category to narrow down your options — even with a large number of tags.
* **Uncategorized Grouping**: Tags without a category will automatically be grouped under "Uncategorized" to simplify future organization.
* **Clearer Overview**: A new “Category” column is added to the tag list page, making the tag structure easier to understand at a glance.

* No more drowning in hundreds of tags — finding the right one is now more intuitive
* A clearer tag structure improves the precision of segmentation and broadcasts
* You can add or adjust tag categories anytime, keeping tag management flexible

## New Game Module Feature: Eligibility Control to Prevent Prize Abuse

You can now set **“Tag-Based Eligibility”**, making sure only your *target customers* can enter the game and claim rewards.

## LINE Membership Card: Now Supports Shopify Order Information

Shopify customers can now view their order history directly from the LINE membership card!

No more switching platforms—customers can easily track their purchase records and the latest updates in one place.

Omnichat’s Membership Card module supports four key features:

* **Member Center**: Integrate member data from e-commerce platforms or via API into Omnichat, and display it on the membership card.
* **Coupon Wallet**: Show available coupons to customers.
* **My Orders** *(LINE only)*: Display order history from SHOPLINE, CYBERBIZ, and Shopify. Third-party platforms can also connect order data via API.
