## Audience Management feature is live! Save frequently used broadcast filters for efficient segmentation and remarketing

🙌🏻 **Tiers:** Audience Management module, Social CDP, Social Ads. Please contact your account manager to activate this feature

📍 **Feature Navigation**: Social CDP > [Audience Management](https://console.omnichat.ai/audiences)

Do you often send broadcasts to audiences with specific conditions, whether they have certain tags, subscribed within a specific time frame, or completed a checkout? Now you can save your frequently used broadcast filter conditions as an "Audience". When broadcasting, simply select the pre-saved audiences to import the preset audience conditions, increasing the efficiency of your broadcast setup!

In addition to supporting broadcasts, we are also working on an integration with advertising platforms. This will allow you to synchronize your audience to ad platforms, directly place ads, or create lookalike audiences to reach more precise customer groups. These features will be launched soon. If you are interested in learning more, feel free to contact your customer service representative!

### Audience Management List Page

Supported features:

* Create audience: Currently supports creating audiences for FB, IG, LINE, and WhatsApp

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2FfhKrifNxbWBzXboGr85Z%2Fimage%20-%202024-09-20T175240.071.png?alt=media&amp;token=38e23660-b4df-41ba-bdcf-f53631d1b337" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

➋ From the Audience Management list, click “Action / Broadcast”

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2FM82ZNjx7eTswtTdCmQNb%2FScreenshot%202024-09-20%20at%205.03.50%E2%80%AFPM.png?alt=media&amp;token=6fd7edea-b01b-4aec-8a69-a44c6afc4504" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Apply to Custom Conditions: After applying an audience, you can further adjust the audience conditions

After selecting the audience you want to use, if you wish to adjust the conditions further, there are two ways:

1. Click "Apply to Custom Conditions". After applying, all conditions can be edited. This modification will only apply to the current broadcast
2. Click "Edit Audience Pack". This will take you to the audience settings editing page, where you can directly modify the audience settings

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2FlLOpupLSuLL6T6NXjsra%2FScreenshot%202024-09-20%20at%205.10.54%E2%80%AFPM.png?alt=media&amp;token=c4cc57e7-2be3-4462-8188-b7e47de809f6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
When scheduling a broadcast using a pre-created audience, the final audience list is generated 15 minutes prior to the broadcast. Any contacts that meet the audience criteria during those last 15 minutes will not receive the broadcast, while contacts removed from the list during that time will still receive it

### Possible Reasons for Integration Failure

Possible reasons for integration failure:

* Cross-channel Connector is disabled
* Unable to generate integration link
* Unable to find source channel contact
* Unable to find target channel contact
* Member ID conflict
* Server error
* Failure due to the customer not sending the integration message or not installing the target channel app

## SMS charges are now deducted from the account balance

📍 **Feature Navigation**: Settings > [Account Overview](https://console.omnichat.ai/account-overview)

Previously, SMS sending required purchasing a credit package and deducting from these counts each time an SMS was sent.

Now this billing method has been modified to deduct from the "account balance" that has been topped up, making it more consistent with the charging methods of other features.

* **The remaining SMS usage counts will automatically be converted to account balance**
  * The remaining SMS credits will be transferred 1:1 into the account balance. For example, if there are 1,000 SMS credits left, the account balance will increase by 1,000.
  * A transaction record titled “Balance Adjustment” will be created for this transfer, with the note “SMS Credit Transfer.”
* **SMS fees will now be directly deducted from the account balance. Going forward, when using the SMS sending feature, sending one SMS will deduct 1 unit from the account balance.**
* On the 3rd of every month, an invoice will be sent for the previous month’s SMS usage.
  * The invoice will show SMS usage and charges by feature and channel.
  * The invoice will be sent to the team’s billing email and Omnichat’s finance department.

## Other Feature Improvements

1. Coupon Management: You can customize the redemption button’s display and text.
2. Keyword Auto-Reply & Auto-Assign 2.0: Added support to display trigger count on the Rules page.
