## Omni AI: Now supports third-party AI Agent integration

We have officially launched the **third-party AI Agent integration framework**,

allowing brands to connect different AI engines for more flexible and powerful conversational experiences.

The first partner is **Raccoon AI Agent**, now available on **Webchat**.

#### Key highlights

* **Open architecture** – Omni AI now supports integration with multiple third-party AI Agents (starting with Raccoon AI).
* **Webchat first** – Raccoon AI Agent is now available on Webchat. Support for WhatsApp, LINE and FB/IG is coming soon.
* **Easy management** – Connect, update, remove, and monitor your integrations directly from the Omnichat admin panel.
* **Real-time sync** – Configure settings in the partner’s Agent Studio and instantly sync them back to Omnichat.

## Shopify Membership Card Upgrade: Now integrates with Ako

Your Shopify Membership Card just got smarter!

Omnichat now integrates with **Ako Commerce**,

bringing richer customer data to your membership cards — including points, tier, birthday, gender, and invitation codes —

so you can build more personalized member experiences and run smarter marketing campaigns.

#### ✨ Highlights

* **Richer member data** – Extend Shopify’s native fields with data from the Ako plugin.
* **Automatic data sync** –
  * Shopify native fields update in real time
  * Ako member fields sync automatically every day at 3 AM
* **LINE UID binding** – Members who log in via Ako LINE Login are automatically linked to their Omnichat contact.
* **Zero development needed** – Just enable the integration and you’re good to go.

#### ⚙️ How to set it up

1. Subscribe to and install [Ako Commerce](https://akocommerce.com/)
2. Enable **Omnichat Membership Module – Shopify**
3. [Connect Shopify](https://docs.omnichat.ai/features/tong-xun-qu-dao/di-san-fang-ying-yong/chuan-jie-shopify) (Ako uses the same token & secret)
4. Turn on **Ako data sync**
5. To link LINE UID, specify the corresponding LINE Official Account

#### Synced data

These attributes will be automatically created in Omnichat as custom fields — and you can choose whether to display them on your membership card:

* Points
* Member tier
* Birthday
* Gender
* Invitation code
* Inviter

#### Why it matters

## Team Data Upgrade: Now supports OAuth 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO)

An enterprise-level upgrade is here!

Omnichat now supports **OAuth 2.0 Single Sign-On (OpenID Connect / OIDC)**,

allowing your team members to log in with their company accounts — improving both security and efficiency.

#### ✨ Highlights

* **Enterprise identity integration** – Works with leading Identity Providers like Microsoft and Okta.
* **Secure and convenient** – Team members can log in with their company accounts, no separate passwords needed.
* **Automatic role provisioning** – Supports SCIM API to automatically create users and assign default roles (additional purchase required).
* **Unified login portal** – The Omnichat login page now redirects users to your company’s authorization endpoint.
