Hello, dear Omnichat users!
Here are our latest feature updates:
LINE Rich Menu – Improved Update Mechanism
Tagging and Webhook Notification After Successful 91APP Member Binding
Broadcast – Supporting Sales Broadcast Performance Metrics (Web)
LINE Rich Menu – Update Mechanism Optimization
Previously, when a customer blocked and then unblocked your LINE account, or when your brand updated a rich menu, you had to manually reapply tags for the menu to update.
Now Omnichat has fully optimized the LINE Rich Menu Update Mechanism to ensure menus are real-time, stable, and accurate.
Customers will now automatically see the correct rich menu after unblocking the account
When a new version of a rich menu is published, it is automatically updated for all users who meet the criteria
Admins can track menu changes with ease, reducing maintenance effort and errors
Supporting 91APP Member Tagging & Webhook Notification
You can now automatically tag 91APP members and trigger a Webhook notification when they successfully bind to LINE—seamlessly connecting your member data with your automated marketing workflows.
Key Highlights
Auto Tagging
You can automatically apply one or more tags upon successful member binding.
Webhook Notification
Triggers a
customer/updatewebhook immediately after binding is complete.
How This Helps You
Instantly identify bound members for targeted marketing.
Reduce manual steps and keep member data up to date in real time.
Strengthen system integration and deliver a smoother customer experience.

📊 Sales Broadcast Report: Now with More Messaging Metrics!
Traditionally, messaging performance was mostly tracked by marketing teams. But with Omnichat, sales reps can also broadcast messages directly to customers—and now they can track results too.
This report upgrade gives every sales team member clear visibility into their broadcast performance — including open rates, click rates, and response rates — to help assess customer engagement and potential repurchase interest.
