[**Tags:** Supporting Bulk Export and Import of Tags](#tag-management-update-bulk-export-import-now-supported) ## New Loyalty Feature: Loyalty Point QR Campaign Offline events and distribution channels can now drive member engagement! Brands can now use the **QR Code loyalty point collection mechanism** to generate one-time loyalty point redemption links, convert them into QR codes, and distribute them at retail stores or event venues. Customers can scan the code to instantly collect points and complete a member interaction. #### Key Highlights * **Loyalty point collection via QR code**: Supports WhatsApp and LINE. Customers scan the QR code to receive points. * **Unique point codes**: Each point link can only be redeemed once, preventing duplicate use. * **Flexible campaign setup**: You can set redemption limits per person and auto-apply tags to customers who successfully collect points. * **No POS system required**: Ideal for global brands—bypass time-consuming POS integration and quickly launching point collection campaigns. #### Use Cases * **In-store campaigns**: Scan on-site to collect points instantly—turn one-time purchases into long-term engagement. * **With shipments**: Include QR codes in shipped packages to allow customers across channels to join the campaign, boosting repurchase and loyalty. ## **Tag Management Update: Bulk Export / Import Now Supported** No more adding or editing tags one by one! You can now **export and import tags in bulk** via CSV for quick tag management and updates. #### How Can it Benefit You? * **Save time with batch operations**: Manage large volumes of tags in one go—greatly improving efficiency. * **Easily migrate data**: Streamline tag organization across systems or campaigns. * **Reduce manual errors**: Minimize mistakes from individual inputs by using structured CSV files. #### Key Highlights * **Export tags**: One-click export to CSV, including: * Tag Name * Category * Validity Period (Permanent or expires in X days) * **Import tags**: Upload a CSV to quickly create or update tags: * Existing tags → update category or validity period * New tags → auto-create * Supports both permanent and time-limited tags, and auto-creates new categories if needed
#### Important Notes * Make sure to **remove any leading or trailing spaces** from tag names before importing. * To **delete an existing category**, enter **`#DELETE_CATEGORY#`** in the Category field. * Please **wait for each import to complete** before starting a new one.
