# Nov 13, 2024

Hello, dear Omnichat users!

Here are our latest feature updates:

1. [**Now the Coupon Lists Tab**](#line-membership-card-now-supports-coupon-list) Has Been Added to the LINE Membership Cards
2. [**Marketing Roles Now Have Access to Edit Channel Frequently Used Message Settings**](#permissions-update-marketing-roles-can-now-edit-channel-frequently-used-message)

## LINE Membership Card Now Supports Coupon List

📍 Feature Navigation：Channels > [Member Card Settings](https://console.omnichat.ai/member-card-setting/)

With Omnichat’s **Coupon Module**, you can efficiently manage your coupons, including setting quantity limits, customizing content and design, and sharing them through various channels like Chatbots, Broadcasts, Customer Support Conversations, and Cart Remarketing. This feature helps guide customers toward shopping and enhances customer relationships.

In August, we introduced the **Coupon List**, enabling customers to view all coupons created and distributed through Omnichat’s Coupon Module directly on their **Membership Cards**. This feature was initially available for WhatsApp Membership Cards, and now it is also supported for LINE Membership Cards!

Once the **Coupon List** is enabled on the **Member Card Settings**, customers can view a list of coupons distributed through Omnichat directly on their LINE Membership Card.

* The Coupon List displays all coupons issued by the Omnichat platform, categorized by the following three statuses and ordered by receipt time from newest to oldest:
  * Activated
  * Not Active
  * Redeemed/Expired
* If a coupon is set to “Countdown after customer receives the coupon” or “Countdown after customer opens the coupon” and the countdown has not started, it won’t show an expiration date in the list.
* The coupons in the folder are listed by receipt time, from newest to oldest. If a coupon is about to expire within 4,320 minutes (three days), it will display a `Expiring Soon` tag.

{% hint style="info" %}
If a coupon is redeemed through an external link, such as the official website or for claiming LINE Points, the system currently cannot track this, so the coupon will remain in the “Activated” folder instead of moving to the “Redeemed/Expired” folder.
{% endhint %}

### **LINE Membership Card: Conditional Display Settings for Tabs**

Currently, the LINE Membership Card supports three tabs:

* **Membership Center**: Displays customer membership information.
* **My Orders**: Displays orders from SHOPLINE and CYBERBIZ only; other platforms are not supported.
* **Coupon List**: Displays coupons issued to customers through Omnichat.

For the **Membership Center** and **Coupon List**, you can set whether customers are required to complete mobile number binding before they can access these tabs.

If mobile number binding is not required to access the Membership Center, the information displayed will not include real-time synced e-commerce data from SHOPLINE or CYBERBIZ.

## **Permissions Update: Marketing Roles Can Now Edit Channel Frequently Used Message**

📍**Feature Navigation**: Channels > [Channel Frequently Used Message](https://console.omnichat.ai/channel-preset-messages)

The **Channel Frequently Used Message Settings** page allows you to set up essential preset messages for different social channels, including welcome messages, away messages, instant replies, and frequently used functions. Previously, editing permissions were limited to Administrators, Managers, and Customer Service Managers. Now, Marketing roles also edit these settings.
