## Reports – Conversion Analysis | UI Update

The **Conversion Analysis** section in the Reports dashboard has been updated with a new interface.

Both **overall conversion rate** and **stage-by-stage conversion rates** are now clearly displayed directly on the chart.

## LINE Group Conversation Feature is Live

The long-awaited **LINE Group Conversation** feature is now officially launched.

All plans that include customer service now support LINE Group Conversations, enabling brands to conveniently serve **multiple customers at once** within a single conversation.

### Setup Instructions

Go to **LINE Developers Console** > **Message API**, and enable the option "**Allow bot to join group conversations**" to be able to join group conversations.

If this option is not enabled, when a customer adds the official account to a group,

**LINE will automatically remove the official account** from the group.

### Usage Notes

The LINE API does **not** support creating groups or proactively joining groups.

* **Adding the Official Account to a Group:**
  * **A group must be created by a personal LINE account, and the official account must be added manually.**
  * Any member in the group can add the LINE Official Account — no brand approval is required.
  * It is not possible to identify which member added the official account.
  * Group conversations will appear under the **“Open Live chat”** cases.
* **Inviting Other Friends to the Group:**
  * The LINE Official Account cannot proactively add members to a group.
  * Additional friends must be invited by a personal LINE account.
* **When the Official Account Leaves a Group:**
  * This includes both voluntarily leaving and being removed by a group member.
  * After leaving, the group conversation will be handled as follows:
    * The group conversation will automatically be marked as **closed**.
    * Any pinned status will be automatically removed.
    * The conversation cannot be reopened.
    * The group conversation history will be **retained**, but no new messages can be sent.
    * The group member count will display **0**.
    * Teams on the Blue Shield or Green Shield plan will **not be able to view the original group member list**.
* **Supports Both One-to-Many and Many-to-Many Groups:**
  * **One-to-many:** Standard group conversation
  * **Many-to-many (collaborative group):** Add collaborators to the group conversation
* **Sales Managers and Sales Staff** currently **cannot access group conversations** (it will not be visible to them).

### Group Member List

Access to the full group member list varies by official account tier. Only Blue Shield and Green Shield accounts can view the complete list of group members.

### Message Types

The following message types are supported and not supported:

### Message Costs

* When a brand sends LINE messages in a group, the message count is calculated **based on the number of group members**.
* **Push message count × number of group members = actual message consumption**

Messages sent via personal accounts are not charged. To reduce message costs, brands can make greater use of personal accounts of brand staff within the group to send messages.

## Other Feature Enhancements

* **Cross Channel Connector (OmniLink):** Target channel selection now supports **Facebook channels**
* **SurveyCake Integration:** Now supports **enterprise custom domain** type surveys
