Here are our latest feature updates:
Abandoned Cart Remarketing Enhancements
Analytics Reports
Successful Binding Message Options: Support for No Message, Text Message, or Chatbot
Abandoned Cart Remarketing Feature Upgrades
Omnichat’s most loved eCommerce feature—delivering the highest conversion and ROAS—is now even better!
Analytics Report: Filter by Date Range & Export Data
You can now filter your abandoned cart remarketing performance by date range. Both the summary metrics and charts will update accordingly, and you can export all the data, too.

Successful Binding Message Options: Chatbot, Text, or No Message
Previously, the abandoned cart remarketing binding success message only supported plain text. Now, you can also trigger a chatbot block—or choose not to send any message at all—giving you more flexibility in how you communicate with customers.

LINE NotiPress: Now Supports SHOPLINE Integration
SHOPLINE merchants can now easily connect SHOPLINE with Omnichat’s LINE NotiPress to send notifications via LINE (Broadcasts, LINE Notification Messages) and SMS.
Simply follow the setup steps to complete the integration, choose the notification scenarios you want to trigger, and specify which order sources should send them!
STEP 1: SHOPLINE Integration Setup
In the SHOPLINE Admin Panel, go to App Integrations, install the Omnichat Membership Module, and enable the integration.

STEP 2: SHOPLINE Integration Setup
In the Omnichat Admin, set up a new scenario in LINE NotiPress. Currently supported scenarios for SHOPLINE merchants include:
Registration Completion Notification
Purchase Confirmation Notification
Shipping Notification
Order Delivery Notification

STEP 3: Set Up “LINE Notification Message Sending Settings” in “App Integrations”
Setup:
Choose the LINE channel you want to use for sending notifications.
Configure whether LINE Notification Messages should be sent for each supported scenario, and define the message content.
For order-related messages, choose whether to send for all orders or exclude specific order sources.
Note: For third-party POS or ERP, select Open API as the source.
