Customer Journeys: Journey statistics now include 12, 24, and 48-hour response rates.
🙌🏻 Tiers: All-channel customer journeys should be enabled
Previously, customer journeys only calculated 24-hour response counts and response rates. With this update, we have adjusted to calculate response counts and response rates within 12, 24, and 48 hours. This enhancement allows you to better understand your customer interaction dynamics.

Conversations 2.0: Frequency of tagging is now available under the customer information
🙌🏻 Tiers: All Plans
In the Conversation 2.0 interface, you can now see how often customers have been tagged within specific timeframes.
In the customer information panel on the right-hand side:
Click the "Frequency of Taggings" button to view details in a pop-up window.
In the upper right corner, click on "Filter Tagging Time" to choose specific or custom time periods.
The selected tagging time is displayed above the list, with a default setting of 1 month, and the list data updates in real-time.
The list shows the tags applied and their frequencies within the selected time periods, sortable by tagging frequency.
Plan Differences:
Social CDP Plan: Tagging records are permanently retained, and you can specify a range of up to 180 days for queries.
Non-CDP Plans: Tagging records are retained for only 90 days.

Other Improvements
LINE Menu: OMO-bound store menus now support multiple schedules.
Contact API: It was previously limited to reading the data for 7 days at a time, now it has been optimized without time interval restrictions.
