Omnichat System Email Domain Update
To ensure all system notifications and emails reach your inbox reliably, we have updated our sender domain.
Old Domain: no-reply@omnichat.ai
New Domain: no-reply@notify.omnichat.ai
💡 Tip: Please add our new domain to your "Safe Senders" list to prevent important notifications from going to spam.
New Supported Fields for Contacts API
🙌🏻 Subscription Required: CRM Contact API module
Users integrating third-party systems via our CRM Contact API can now use expanded fields to sync or query contact data. Previously, the API primarily supported queries via "Contact User ID" or specific time ranges. We have now added:
Member ID
Phone Number
Email
This update makes data mapping and synchronization between Omnichat and your external CRM much more seamless.
Updated Calculation Logic for "Missed Messages"
We’ve refined how "Missed Messages" are calculated in conversation reports to better reflect actual performance.
Previously, if a customer’s last message was unreplied to, it was counted as "missed" even if the customer service had manually closed the conversation.
What’s changing: Closed conversations will no longer be flagged as "missed." The following scenarios are now excluded from missed message statistics:
Manually ending a single conversation.
Batch-closing conversations.
System-automated conversation endings.
Unbinding a single conversation.
Disabling a team member.
Navigating to Team Members > Edit Contact > Unbind.
Support for Multiple Invoice Campaigns
☑️ Supported regional: Taiwan only
Your invoice promotions just got more flexible! You can now toggle the setting: "Allow the same invoice to participate in other campaigns simultaneously."
If your brand is running multiple promotions at once, enabling this feature encourages higher consumer participation by allowing a single purchase to qualify for multiple campaigns.
