Hello, dear Omnichat users!
🚀 Here are the latest feature updates:
1. Insufficient Balance Restriction for OMO Video Calls
2. Adjustments to Historical Chat Access (2-Year Limit)
### Insufficient Balance Restriction for OMO Video Calls
**☑️ Supported Module: OMO Module (LINE & WhatsApp channels only)**
To use the "Video Call" feature within chats, teams must top up their account balance in advance. If the account balance is insufficient, the system will restrict access to the feature and display the following notification:
> **Insufficient account balance. Unable to start the video call. Please contact your administrator to top up and try again.**
### Adjustments to Historical Chat Access (2-Year Limit)
**What's new:**
To optimize overall system performance, the chat will now be fully adjusted to **"display messages within the past 2 years only."** Going forward, you will no longer be able to view, scroll up to find, or search for historical messages older than 2 years directly within the chatroom.
The following features will no longer support searching, displaying, or downloading messages older than 2 years:
* **Chatrooms**
* **Chat Search**
* **One-time Export**
* **Open API - Get Chat History**
* **Open API - Get Message Details**
#### 💡 How to access chat history older than two years?
Simply use the instant export feature. Go to the specific chat room, scroll to the bottom of the customer information, and **click export next to "Conversation last exported at."** You will receive the full history via CSV or Email.
