### Channel Contact Supports Searching by Social User ID

Finding the right contact is now faster and easier. You can now search channel contacts directly by User ID, making it easier to locate customers when other identifying information is unavailable or unreliable.

#### **What's new:**

You can now search channel contacts using the following User IDs:

* **LINE:** LINE User ID
* **Facebook:** PSID
* **WhatsApp:** BSUID. Since some contacts may not have a BSUID, you can filter contacts by **Exists BSUID** or **Not Exists BSUID**. When **Exists BSUID** is selected, you can search by entering the complete BSUID.
