## **Chabot :** Support Copy Bots Across Platforms

You can now copy chatbots across different platforms to speed up bot creation and reuse.

#### 💡 What happens after copying

* The copied bot will be saved in **Draft** status.
* Due to platform differences, validation errors may occur and must be resolved before the bot can be saved successfully.

#### ⚠️ Platform-specific limitations

When copying a bot to another platform, some settings may not be supported due to platform differences. These limitations fall into the following categories:

1. **Message structure & components**

* Certain **card types** are not supported on the target platform
* **WhatsApp** does not support using a **Reply block** and an **Open URL** button at the same time
* **Video size** exceeds the platform limit

2. **Buttons & actions**

* **Button text** exceeds the character limit
* **Number of buttons** exceeds the platform limit
* **LINE Friend Share** button is not supported (the option will be cleared)

3. **Bot triggers & modules**

* Triggered **external bots** are not supported (the option will be cleared)
* Triggered **system default modules** are not supported (the option will be cleared)

4. **Channel & card configuration**

* The source channel configured in an **OmniLink card** does not match the target platform (the option will be cleared)

5. **Conditional Reply rules**

* Conditions used in **Conditional Reply** are not supported (the option will be cleared), including:
  * Accumulated points / points balance
  * Mobile binding / 91APP member binding

Make sure all unsupported settings are adjusted before publishing the copied bot.
