To enhance platform security and ensure proper account usage, each Omnichat user account is intended for a single user only. However, we have identified cases where accounts are being shared across multiple locations.
Starting March 19, 2025, the following changes will take effect:
Each account will allow only one active user session.
Simultaneous login is permitted for one browser + one mobile app (iOS/iPadOS/Android).
If logging in from another device, the system will prompt you to confirm and log out of the previous session.
This update ensures a fair and seamless experience for all users.
