### **Connect to Website Available in Coupons Redeem**

🙌🏻 Tiers: CRM module

This update allows customers to redeem a coupon and turn to “[connected to website](/en/features/social-subscriber-integration.md#when-customers-become-the-subscribers-who-are-connected-to-website-the-following-can-be-performed)” contacts with just one click.

With more contacts connected to your website, you can effectively perform marketing campaigns, such as achieving a higher sent cart recovery rate to bring more revenue, gathering more cross-channel customer data, and triggering customer journeys by website views and time on page.

### **Customer Journey Report:** denominators from messages sent to messages successfully delivered

🙌🏻 Tiers: Social CDP, Customer Journey, Enterprise plan within free quota limit

Omnichat provides customer journey reports with both journey overview and node data.

The denominators for read rate, open rate, response rate, and click-through rate have been changed **from the number of messages sent to the number of messages** **successfully delivered.**

This update will make the report reflect actual interaction and effectiveness more accurately.

### Chat To Order (WhatsApp)

🙌🏻 Tier: Chat To Order module

The Chat To Order feature allows customers to place orders without leaving WhatsApp. Orders can be created by sales agents and paid for by customers, or customers can select and order products themselves from the WhatsApp Catalog.

This reduces the need to register and log into an e-commerce member account. Coupled with the assistance of professional sales agents, it speeds up the sales order collection process.

Chat To Order has undergone several updates this time, making its settings more flexible and the process smoother.

### **More Settings Available in Chat to Order**

Offline payment options now include checks and bank transfers.

Currently available payment types:

1. Credit Card (Online)
2. Cash
3. Check
4. Bank Transfer / ATM

Payment methods display names could be custom.
