Hello, dear Omnichat users!

Here are our latest feature updates:

1. [**Open API**](#open-api-sending-records-or-report-update)**:** Enhanced sending records report with more customer interaction data, now supporting data filtering and export.
2. [**Bot Builder 2.0**](#bot-builder-2.0-now-supporting-facebook-instagram)**:** Chatbot editor now supports Facebook and Instagram channels.

## Open API Sending Records | Report Update

When you send direct messages to customers using Omnichat’s Message API, you can view the performance statistics and recipient lists on the Open API Sending Records page.

With this update, the recipient list now includes more detailed interaction data, as well as export, search, and filtering functionality.

### **More Interaction Data in Recipient Lists**

New data fields added to the recipient lists:

* Name
* Delivered
* Read
* Clicked
* Responded
* Unsubscribed/Blocked

### **Support for List Search, Filtering, and Export**

* **Export Functionality**: Export lists based on dropdown filter conditions. The exported file headers will match the language of the UI.
* **Filter Functionality**: Filter by social channel, or search for specific Social IDs within the selected channel.

## **Bot Builder 2.0: Now Supporting Facebook/Instagram**

Bot Builder 2.0 offers a drag-and-drop editor that displays your Chatbot scripts in a clear flowchart format.

ℹ️ **Bot Builder 2.0 is being rolled out to all channels**. Currently, it supports webchat, Facebook, and Instagram chatbots. For early access, please contact your service representative.

### **Facebook/Instagram Support**

When selecting the applicable channel for your bot, you will see the card types supported for that channel:

### **Search and Filter Features**

Bot Builder 2.0 includes search and filter functions, making it easy to locate the bots or modules you need, even after long-term use and creating multiple bots.

* **Search by chatbot or block name**.
* **Filter by applicable platform.**

### **Message Editing: Support for Replacement Variables (Contact Information, Custom Attributes) and Emojis**

Make your messages more personalized by inserting customer data variables.

**Available data fields:**

* **Default system fields:** Contact name, membership ID, email, phone number, etc.
* **Custom attributes.**

**Fields where replacement variables are not supported:**

* Titles of carousel messages.
* Notification topics for Facebook recurring notification subscription.
