Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.omnichat.ai/en/release-note/dec-10-2025.md). # Dec 10, 2025 ## Channel Contacts : Supports bulk updates to subscription status and bulk deletion of contacts Managing large volumes of contacts is now more efficient than ever!\ You can now update subscription statuses and delete contacts in bulk directly from **Channel Contacts**, significantly reducing repetitive manual work. ### Supports bulk updates to subscription status * Selected contacts can be updated in one action to either Resubscribed or Unsubscribed. * When selecting Select All, the actual contacts updated will be based on the latest results at the time the action is executed. If **Omnichat Webhooks** `(customer/channel_subscribe, customer/channel_unsubscribe)` are configured, webhook events will be sent automatically when changes occur: During bulk processing, you can still perform **Delete Contacts** or **Export** actions at the same time. {% hint style="info" %} When re-subscribing a contact, the system does not check whether the customer has previously blocked the channel, and the subscription will still be completed successfully. {% endhint %}

### Support bulk contact deletion (Administrator only) * Selected contacts can be deleted in a single action. * Only **Administrator** have permission to delete contacts. * To confirm deletion, you must enter **DELETE** in all capital letters. * Deleting a contact **will remove both the Channel User and all related conversation records.** {% hint style="info" %} Deleted data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
