## Co-existence for WhatsApp Business App

Add-On Required: WhatsApp Business App Coexistence Module

Want to connect the **same phone number** to Omnichat **and still use the WhatsApp Business App**?

The feature you’ve been waiting for — **Co-existence for WhatsApp Business App** — is now live!

By purchasing and enabling this module, you can connect a **WhatsApp Business App account** when setting up your WhatsApp channel. After connecting:

* You can send messages via **Cloud API** directly from the Omnichat system.
* You can continue sending messages to customers from the **WhatsApp Business App**.
* Messages sent via the WhatsApp Business App will also sync to the **Omnichat backend**.

ℹ️ **Broadcasting via WhatsApp Business App is not supported** after connection.

ℹ️ **Messages sent before the connection** will **not be synced** to Omnichat after setup.

## You Can Now Send Files via LINE Official Account

Omnichat now supports sending files to customers through your connected LINE Official Account!

#### Details:

* **File size limit**: Up to 64MB
* **Supported file types**: Most common file formats are supported. However, files with extensions like `.exe` or those flagged by LINE as illegal or dangerous will be blocked.
* **File expiration**: Files are valid for **30 days** from the time they are sent. After expiration, the file will no longer be accessible or downloadable.
* **Language**: The language of the file message sent to the customer will follow your team’s language setting.
