This eliminates the risk of losing progress when navigating away from the page, ensuring a more efficient and stress-free workflow!
Facebook Marketing Messages

Note: Teams with the Broadcast Module can send Facebook Marketing Messages. However, the Custom Audience Management Module is required to select "Facebook Marketing Message Audience" or "Audience". If you are interested in adding the Custom Audience Management Module to your plan, please feel free to contact your customer service!
As Facebook Recurring Notification was officially sunset in January 2026, Meta has introduced Marketing Messages as the new solution. Omnichat is excited to announce that our integration is complete! Starting April 15, you can broadcast Facebook Marketing Messages through Omnichat to promote your latest brand activities.
What's new
New Pricing Model Marketing Messages are now a paid feature. Fees will be charged by Meta based on message delivery.
Facebook Ad Account Connection Required As charges follow Meta’s advertising model, you must reconnect your Facebook Page and Ad Account in the Omnichat admin before using this feature.

New Opt-in Methods Introduced Users can now opt in (subscribe to receive messages) through the following methods:
When a customer clicks a Click-to-Message ad, they will be opted in automatically.
If a conversation has been inactive for over 48 hours, Meta will automatically trigger a message to invite the user to opt in.
When a user leaves a high-intent comment on a public post (classified by Meta into one of six intent categories: purchase, price, payment, product inquiry, service inquiry, or appointment), Meta will automatically trigger a message to invite the user to opt in.
Messages triggered by Meta are shown below and cannot be modified.

New Audience Option: Facebook Marketing Audience In addition to existing audience sources (Audience, Custom Conditions, and by CSV ), Marketing Messages now support Facebook Marketing Audience. By uploading customers’ phone numbers or email addresses, Meta can match them to corresponding Facebook accounts. Once matched, you can send Marketing Messages directly to these users.

Sending Frequency Limit Each user can receive up to one Marketing Message every 12 hours.
Key Highlights
Go beyond the 24-hour messaging window Enjoy more flexible sending frequency, allowing you to better align campaigns with promotional periods and improve remarketing performance.

Turn passive traffic into owned audience With 4 new opt-in entry points, you can easily convert new traffic into subscribed users and grow your owned audience base.
Time Filters For Message Content Search
