You can now export the "Remarks" field in your Facebook Broadcast reports. Simply download the list from the Broadcast Detail page to quickly analyze failure reasons via Excel or Google Sheets, saving you hours of manual work.

Have your customers ever struggled to open external links (like Apps) directly from Facebook Messenger? To fix this, we’ve added a "Redirect Page" feature to ensure a smoother cross-app experience.

What’s New

If your Facebook bot triggers a URL leading to other Apps, you can now enable "Open link with redirect page." This acts as a bridge, bypassing Messenger’s in-app browser limitations, reducing drop-off rates, and ensuring customers reach their destination successfully.
