## **Conversation 2.0 | Keyboard Shortcuts for Quick Access to Saved Replies & Transaction Links**

Do you frequently use **Saved Replies** or **Transaction Links** during conversations?

Now you can boost your workflow efficiency with handy **keyboard shortcuts**!

**For Windows:**

* Press Alt + R to open the **Saved Replies** menu
* Press Alt + L to open the **Transaction Links** menu

**For Mac:**

* Press Control (⌃) + R to open the **Saved Replies** menu
* Press Control (⌃) + L to open the **Transaction Links** menu

Can’t remember the shortcut?

No worries—just hover your mouse over the icon, and the shortcut will be displayed as a tooltip.

## WhatsApp Flows: You Can Save the Responses to Custom Attributes or System Fields

🙌🏻 **Tiers:** Users with the **WhatsApp Flows Module** enabled

Now with **WhatsApp Flows** integrated into Omnichat, you can do more than just triggering actions like tagging or sending messages after a customer fills the WhatsApp form (WhatsApp Flow) — you can also **store their responses** directly into **custom attributes** or **system fields** (such as name, email, etc.)

### **Supported Components for Saving the Response**

The following WhatsApp Flow component types support saving responses:

* TextInput (only when input-type is set to "email" the data can be saved to the Email system field).
* TextArea
* RadioButtonsGroup
* OptIn
* Dropdown
* DatePicker
* CalendarPicker
* PhotoPicker (Supports saving the photo URL into a text-type custom attribute)
* DocumentPicker (Supports saving the document URL into a text-type custom attribute)

## **WhatsApp Commerce (chat-to-order): Now Available on Web**

🙌🏻 **Tiers:** Users with the **WhatsApp Commerce** **Module** enabled

You can now create orders directly from conversations on the **web version** of Omnichat.

**Supported Roles:**

* Admin
* Sales Manager
* Salesperson

**Supported Channels:**

* WhatsApp
* LINE
