# Sign up to Omnichat

Following the tutorial of signing up an Omnichat new account

## Step 1 - Create New Team

Go to <https://app.omnichat.ai/createteam.html>, complete the form and click **"Create Team"**

## Step 2 - Set your Web Chat Plugin

You can edit the relevant info to your Website Chat Plugin, such as: Colour Scheme / Chat Language / welcome message and so on. In addition, these settings can be modified after entering the main page.

## Step 3 - Install Web Chat Plugin

This page provides the set-up instructions based on the e-Commerce Platform you choose in the previous page. Please enter your website URL, also copy the Omnichat code, and place this code in target place (For different e-Commerce Platforms or the self-built website, the \</body> tag will be displayed in different locations).

## Step 4 - Integrate social channel

Omnichat integrated multiple channels for CS and marketing functions. You can integrate your **Facebook fans page** or **LINE Official Account** into Omnichat system. In addition, you can press "**skip"** if you don't want to integrate now and it can be edited after sign up.

## Step 5 - Integrate social channel
