# Overview

**Total Contacts refers to the number of contacts recorded in the Omnichat backend after integrating various social platforms. Consumers who interact with the official brand accounts or become friends with official accounts will also be included in the count. The count includes only subscribed contacts, and unsubscribed contacts are not included.**

Adding a new friend to an official account has different definitions for different platforms.

* For LINE : After clicking "Add Friend"
* For Facebook, After clicking "Get Started,"
* For Instagram and WhatsApp: Consumers interact with the brand's official account directly.

## Message Statistics Chart

* Preset: data from the past two weeks
* Select "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly" for more in-depth analysis
  * Select "Weekly", then both charts will display weekly data
* You can select the integrated channels, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE and Web live chat, in the following two charts.
  * If you select LINE in the "Message Sent" chart, the channel option will remain the same in the "Message Received" chart, which is easier for data analysis.



### Message Sent ( Livechat | Chatbot )

* In the "Message Sent" chat, it is divided into "Livechat" and "Chatbot".
* Livechat: Green colour
* Chatbot: Blue colour
