# Webchat Plugin Social Information

Displaying your social channels information in the web plugin, please refer to the following setup.

## How to setup

* Toggle on the social channel you would like to display, input the social channel link and click "Save".

* Toggle on/off the Webchat Setting" will change the the content when the customer click on the web plugin.
* Toggle off "Webchat" and the part "Your Conversation" will not be shown. Customers can only reach out from other displayed social media channels.

## QR Code - LINE and WhatsApp

* Within Website chat, the below layout will be displayed after clicking LINE or WhatsApp
* Scan the QR Code through their phone, and recall your preset LINE or WhatsApp account
* Click the button under the QR Code which also links to your preset LINE or WhatsApp account
* Mobile or tablet devices:
  * Will display the "Open on LINE" or "Open on WhatsApp" message, and the QR Code will not be displayed
