# SHOPLINE | Omnichat Installation

How to install Omnichat on SHOPLINE?

## Step 1

[login](https://app.omnichat.ai/) to the Omnichat admin page

## Step 2

Go Channels > Webchat > [Install Webchat Plugin](https://console.omnichat.ai/install-legacy) page

1\. Enter the website address where Omnichat will be installed\
2\. Choose the Omnichat theme colour\
3\. Select the Omnichat Language\
4\. Copy the Omnichat installation code

## Step 3

Log in to your SHOPLINE account: <https://admin.shoplineapp.com/users/sign_in>

## Step 4

Go to Marketing & Tracker > Tracker Settings

## Step 5

Go to your GTM's "Container" and copy the Google Tag Manager ID. Go back to your SHOPLINE Admin, go to **\[Marketing & Tracker]** > **\[Tracker Setting]** then choose **Google Tag Manager**. Just paste the copied ID into the input box "GTM-XXXXX" and click **Add** to save.

## Step 6

Click "ADD A NEW TAG"

## Step 7

Enter the tag name and click the pencil icon to edit

## Step 8

Choose Custom HTML

## Step 9

Paste Omnichat Javascript into HTML Textbox

Then in the **" Triggers "** block below, click **Edit**.

## Step 10

Choose "All Pages" in Triggering

## Step 11

Click "Submit" at the top right corner, fill in "Version Name" and "Version Description" and "Publish" to finish setup.
