# Joomla | Omnichat Installation

How to install Omnichat on Joomla?

## Step 1

[login](https://app.omnichat.ai/) to the Omnichat admin page

## Step 2

Go Channels > Webchat > [Install Webchat Plugin](https://console.omnichat.ai/install-legacy) page

1\. Enter the website address where Omnichat will be installed\
2\. Choose the Omnichat theme colour\
3\. Select the Omnichat Language\
4\. Copy the Omnichat installation code

## Step 3

Open the browser and enter the URL: [www.pluginaria.com/custom-html-advanced.html](http://www.pluginaria.com/custom-html-advanced.html), Click the "Custom HTML Advanced" module to download and unzip the file

## Step 4

Go to Joomla and click Extensions -> Manage ->Install at the menu bar

## Step 5

Upload "mod\_custom\_advanced.zip" file on the "upload extension file" for installation, then click Extensions -> Module

## Step 6

Find "Custom HTML Advanced" and edit

## Step 7

Paste the Omnichat installation code to the "Custom HTML" column. Please fill in the input box as follows:

1. Title: Omnichat
2. Display Title: Select "Hide"
3. Location: Select the theme which is not been applied yet, such as debug
4. Status: Select "Publish"

## Step 8

Click the "Specific" page and select "Apply on all pages" in the "Module". Click the "Save & Close" button after completing the above steps
