# Raccoon AI Integration Guide

Once integrated with Raccoon AI, you can add a Raccoon AI Agent to your Omni AI page to start interacting with customers!

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, please obtain your "App Token" and "Header Auth" credentials from Raccoon AI.

## Step 1

In the Omnichat dashboard, navigate to the left menu: Channels > Third-party Apps > AI Agent > Raccoon AI, and click the "Integrate" button.

## Step 2

Review the supported features for this integration, then click "Start" button.

## Step 3

Enter the App Token provided by Raccoon AI and click "Submit" button.&#x20;

If you do not have an App Token, please contact the Raccoon AI team for assistance.

## Integration Successful!

A green checkmark indicates that your integration is active and ready to use.

## Additional Actions

Click the "..." icon on the right to access more settings:

1. Edit integration data: Update or refresh your App Token.
2. Go to Agent Studio: Jump to the Omni AI Agent Studio to manage your AI Agent's settings. For detailed instructions, please refer to the [Raccoon AI Agent Set Up Page](/en/features/omni-ai-add-on-feature/raccoon-ai-agent.md).
3. Go to Chatbot: Navigate to the Chatbot page to add new AI Agent cards.
4. Remove integration: Remove Raccoon AI-related Agent settings from the Agent Studio.
