# Profile Settings of WhatsApp Business API (WABA)

Prerequisite: Facebook Business Manager should be verified before this procedure. Please refer to the 'Omnichat WhatsApp Business API Setup'

This guide will show you how to revise WhatsApp Business API Profile which is visible to everyone.

## Step 1

### Log in to Om**n**ichat Platform and Go to <https://app.omnichat.ai/integration.html>

## Step 2

### **Click Channels > Social Channel Integration > WhatsApp > Business Profile**

## Step 3

### (1) Upload the profile photo & edit the required information **in the boxes**

The image size will be cropped into a square with a size of 640 pixels x 640 pixels.

The file size should not exceed 5 MB and the minimum size should not be smaller than 192 pixels.

### (2) **Click ‘Update Your Profile About’**
