# Facebook Business verification in Meta Business Platform

In order to complete Facebook Business verification smoothly, please prepare below information.

### Required information

1. Make sure you have administrator access to Meta Business Suite.
2. Prepare official documents:

* Approval letter from correspondence official authority
* Business registration certificate
* Utility bill (Including company name, address,etc) submitted by the company

3. Company's official website URL, and the domain must match the company's legal name.
4. Company's email address and domain must match the company's official website.

1. If your website marks the company and the name on the business registration form as a subsidiary company relationship, please provide a screenshot and indicate it on the "Terms and Conditions" page.
2. FB Business Manager verification mainly determines whether the information you fill in matches the formal documents provided. Please make sure that the submitted information matches the formal document information.
3. Regarding the above third point, if the company's official website displays its legal name on the terms or privacy page, it is considered a domain match.
4. Regarding the above fourth point, if your company's email cannot match the official website, please use a phone number for verification in steps 2-4. The phone number must be the one listed on official documents.

### Step 1: Verify in FB Business Manager

Please log in to the following URL:[ https://business.facebook.com/](https://business.facebook.com/)

After confirming that it is the page of the corresponding fan page, follow the steps as below.

Path: Settings -> More Meta Business Suite settings -> Security Center -> Start verification

### Step 2: Fill in the information to complete the verification.

#### 1. Click "Get Started"

#### 2. Select the location where the company is located.

#### 3. Fill in the legal organisation name, address, telephone number, and company website in order according to the company registration form.

#### 4. Upload the company registration form or utility bill.

Facebook provide the verification approach, including Email, phone, SMS, and domain.

### Final step

After entering the verification code and click submit. If you select voice call or domain verification, no verification code is required to enter.
