# Set Login Channel before setting LIFF ID

You need to set LIFF ID for customers connected to website without verification code and Interactive Games used on LINE. Before setting LIFF ID, you need to set Login Channel first

## Before setting Login Channel, check if you have Messaging API Channel and Provider

Login LINE Official Account Manager ( LINE OA ) > setting > Messaging API > LINE Developers.

**After login LINE OA, if you see the following screen, that means you have not opened the Messaging API Channel. Please refer to** [LINE Official account 2.0｜Integrated to Omnichat](/en/features/tong-xun-qu-dao/integrations/line-2.0/line2.0.md)

Please note: Once you enable Messaging API, the account you login will become the admin role and can't be changed. If you're not the LINE OA owner or admin role, please ask the supervisor share the permission to you

### IF you have already enabled Messaging API Channel, please click the portrait in the upper right corner, and click LINE Console

If you have got Messaging API Channel and related Provider, you will see following screen

1. Click to create a new channel
2. Messaging API Channel (Bot basic ID equals LINE @ ID)
3. The name of Provider is in Admin

**Situation 1: After you login, if you ned to create a provider, that means you don't have Messaging API Channel and related Provider permission**

Please contact the colleagues who created the LINE OA at that time. If you can't contact the colleagues, please contact LINE official customer service to request to get back the Messaging API Channel and related Provider permissions

**Situation 2: If you see the screen below, left menu shows that the Channel name is under "No role", please enter the Messaging API Channel to confirm whether it is the same as the LINE OA you want to connect**

If they match, you currently only have the Messaging API Channel permission, and you need to get the Provider permission to proceed to the next step!

Each LINE OA is only connected to one Messaging API Channel, you cannot create one by yourself.

Make sure to find the corresponding Messaging API Channel and Provider. And then the Login channel and LIFF ID you create later will be correct.

### How to get Provider & Messaging API Channel permission

Please ask the colleague with permission to check

Click "Role" and "Invite by email"

Enter email and select "Admin" in role, and sen invitations

And enter in "Messaging API Channel", click Roles

Click "Invite by email", enter the email and select "Admin" , and sen invitations

Click Accept the invitation

## There's a Login Channel already

If you can see the Login Channel in LINE Developers, but it shows "no role" it means you don't have permission. Please contact advisor to share permission to you first.

After you get Login Channel permission, please enter Login Channel and click Basic Setting page.

Please check if Linked OA has a Link.\

If yes, then please following step to finish **Interactive Games LIFF ID** setting or **Subscription LIFF ID** setting

## Login Channel has not been created

After you get access to Provider and Messaging API Channel, if there's not Login Channel, please refer to following step

### Step 1

* Click Create a new channel
* Select LINE Login

### Step 2

Fill in the information

1. Channel Type: LINE Login
2. Provider: Will automatically enter your name
3. Region: Please select your country
4. Please fill in your country or region
5. Channel icon: Please your brand's icon
6. Channel name: Please enter your brand's name
7. Channel Description: It will show the description before customers play the Interactive Games, please describe the process or fill in your brand's name
8. App types: Click both
9. Please fill in your email
10. Click 『 I have read and agree to the LINE Developers Agreement』
11. Click create

### Step 3

Please switch status to Published

### Step 4

In Basic Setting page, slide down to **Linked OA**, select the LINE account you want to connect and click Update
