# Receiving Error Notification Emails from LINE Developers

After enabling the LINE API integration, you may occasionally receive automated system emails from LINE Developers. You can check the "Detail for error" section at the bottom of the email to determine whether further action is required:

## **If the error shows ****`request_timeout`** **:**

This indicates that LINE officially detected a brief delay in the system's response time. Similar to occasional network latency, this is a normal and momentary fluctuation. It will not affect your ability to send/receive messages or use other features. As long as you are not receiving these emails very frequently, you can safely ignore them.

Note: Omnichat has a 24/7 traffic monitoring mechanism in place. If an abnormal surge in traffic ever impacts our service stability, our engineering team will intervene and resolve it immediately!
