# LINE Integration | Checking

If you still cannot receive LINE messages through Omnichat or send messages out from Omnichat after integrated LINE into Omnichat. Please follow the step below to check if there is an error in the integration process.

### 1. Please check your backend of LINE's official website, whether you are in Chatbot mode and enable Webhook already
Go to backend of LINE official account -> Setting -> Response settings, checking whether you select **Chatbot** under Response mode and **enable Webhook**
### 2. Checking the setting of Messaging API
Go to LINE official account -> Setting -> Messaging API, checking whether the Messaging API setting's **Channel ID**/ **Channel secret**/ **Webhook website** is same as the information filled in at **Omnichat** [**Messenger Integration**](https://app.omnichat.ai/integration.html)
### 3. Checking the setting of Line Developers
You can enter the LINE Developers backend through backend of LINE official account
Go to LINE Developers:
1/ Click the icon on the top right and select your account\
2/ Choose **Provider**\
3/ Choose **Channel**\
4/ Go to "Basic Settings" and "Messaging API " page
#### Confirm the relative setting correct
Checking whether the **App name**/ **Channel ID**/ **Channel Secret** information same as the setting of Omnichat's [**Messenger Integration**](https://app.easychat.co/integration.html)
Please further check the below items:
1. **The available feature** should be included **REPLY\_MESSAGE** and **PUSH\_MESSAGE**. If one of them is missing, the error may occur when upgrading to LINE 2.0 on the LINE official account side. Please get in touch with the LINE customer service. If you are using the LINE@ account, your LINE subscription plan may not include Messaging API, please upgrade the plan and try once again.
2. Check whether the **Webhook URL** is the same as Omnichat's Messenger Integration setting
3. **Open the Use webhook**
4. Check whether the **Channel access token** is the same as Omnichat's Messenger Integration setting
### 4. Go to Line Developers backend and update **channel secret** and **access token**
When confirming the Line Developers' backend information and Omnichat's Messenger Integration setting are the same. If the integration still fails, please go to the Line developers backend and update the **channel secret** and **access token** again which copies the new **channel secret** and **access token** to Omnichat's Messenger Integration, then click "Update".
