# LINE Developers common questions

#### **Q: I didn't see following screen in LINE Official Account Manager > Setting > LINE Developers**

A: If you see following screen, it means you don't have access to Provider and Messaging API Channel. Please contact to your advisors to share access to you or contact to LINE Official Customer Service to get the access.

#### **Q: Is Login Channel must be the same Provider with Messaging API Channel?**

A: It is necessary to be the same Provider.

#### **Q: If I can't find Messaging API Channel, can I create another one?**

A: No. Each LINE Official Account has one Messaging API Channel, you can't create another one. If you can't find Messaging API Channel and Provider, please contact LINE official customer service.

#### **Q: How to share the permission of Messaging API Channel?**

A: You can share the permission with Email, please find the following reference.

1. If you share the permission with email, you can‘t unsend message
2. Please check the email
3. You can't delete the account of the person who created the Messaging API Channel

Click Role in Provider

1. Invite by email
2. Enter the email you want to share permission with
3. Select the role, it has to be admin role
4. Send the invitation

#### **Q: I create the Login Channel can't be linked to LINE Official Account & can't be used**

A: Please check Login Channel and Messaging API Channel are in the same provider. If not please get back to Q1

#### **Q: The game module and subscription can use the same LIFF ID?**

A: No. Can use the same Login Channel, but LIFF ID must be different.
