If you choose **not to display the team member name** in the Omnichat admin panel, the **profile picture from the LINE Official Account** will be shown, and **no agent name will appear**.

If you choose **to display the team member name**, once a live agent joins the conversation, the **agent’s profile picture from the Omnichat admin panel** will be shown, along with the **name configured in Omnichat**.
