# Frequently Used Messages

Omnichat supports messaging channels like Facebook Messenger, LINE, WhatsApp and Instagram, your customers will receive automated messages with the following setup.

On the Channel Frequently Used Messages page, you can configure settings for each channel, including **Welcome Messages, Away Messages, Instant Messages, and commonly used features**.

Currently, users with the roles of **Administrator, Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Marketing** have permission to edit this page.
