# Website Binding
The Website Binding button helps you increase Facebook, LINE and WhatsApp followers and subscribers quickly and effectively.

## Enable the Website Binding **feature and display the button on your official website, allowing customers to complete the subscription anytime**
### **Not Just Become a Subscriber**
The customers who click "Subscribe in Messenger" and complete the subscription process will become the "Connected to Website" subscribers. You can go to "[Social Contact](https://console.omnichat.ai/social-contact-management/)" admin page to check their subscription status and time, and whether they are connected to the website already.
### When customers become the subscribers who are "Connected to Website", the following can be performed:

To fully utilise Omnichat's Marketing Automation features, it is necessary to accumulate subscribers who are "Connected to Website".\

You can execute Marketing Automation campaigns with the subscription list. For example, Abandoned Cart Remarketing, Customer segmentation by customers browsing behaviour and Remarketing via social commerce channels.

1. According to the browsing behaviour, customers can be automatically tagged or received messages from their Facebook Messenger / LINE / WhatsApp. These two settings can be applied to Remarketing Message feature, for more details, please refer to [Marketing Campaign Setting](/en/features/marketing-automation/remarketing/marketing-campaign-setting.md)
2. According to the browsing behaviour, broadcast remarketing messages can be sent to social commerce channels, for more details, please refer to [Remarketing through third-party Messenger](/en/features/marketing-automation/remarketing/marketing-campaign-setting.md)
3. Customers' social commerce identity will be displayed on the conversation page, for more details, please refer to [Binding Information](/en/features/omnichannel-messenger.md#binding-customers-social-commerce-identity)
4. Only the customers who are "Connected to Website" can receive the Abandoned Cart Remarketing messages. In other words, the number of Abandoned Cart Remarketing messages sent is based on the list of customers who are connected to the Website, for more details, please refer to [Abandoned Cart Remarketing](/en/features/marketing-automation/abandoned-cart-remarketing-add-on-module.md)
## Step 1
* Select the platform(Facebook / LINE / WhatsApp) to connect with your customers.
* Then, select the Facebook Fans page / LINE Channel / WhatsApp account to connect with.

* If the same webpage URL is set up for both Facebook and LINE, the system will prioritize the one that was set up **later**. This also applies if you have other social platforms enabled at the same time.
* However, if a customer has already connected their social identity through the first plugin that popped up, then the next time they visit the same page using the same browser, the second social binding plugin you enabled will automatically show up instead.

## Step 2
* Decide whether to enable "Simplified Mobile View"
* Simplified Mobile View - Enableļ¼
* Only the **Title** and **Subscription button** will be displayed, and the ~~content~~ will not be displayed
* The title width is limited to 10 Chinese characters.
* The position of Website Binding button will be changed from the top of the Omnichat Website live chat button to parallel to the Website live chat button
* Left: Disable "Simplified Mobile View"
* Right: Enable "Simplified Mobile View"

The display of the desktop version will be not changed whether the "Simplified Mobile View" is enabled or not.

## Step 3
1. Set the displayed Title and Content
2. Set the pages to show the Website Binding button. It can be on all pages or the specific page.
## Step 4
1. Multiple URL can be displayed on the specific page. (Click "Add Url" button)
2. For success subscription message to customers, you can set to use plain text or Chatbot. When customers complete the subscription, the message will send to their Facebook Messenger / LINE / WhatsApp.

It is **NOT** recommended to embed **GA (Google Analytics) tracking codes** in the website binding link, as it may cause garbled text (encoding errors) to appear on the mobile version during the binding process.

## Step 5
Set the button display time
* Set always on
* Set the automatic dismissal time in seconds.
The dismissal time will start to count when the plugin appears on the page.
