Omnichat offers two simple ways to help you bring in customer data: Import Customer and Import Social Contacts.

If you'd like to import or update customer information from your website, you can use Import Customer to upload it directly into Omnichat.

If you're managing contacts from social channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, or LINE, you can use Import Social Contact to bring in those customers and manage their details, such as tags, Emails, phone numbers, custom attributes, or assign them to the sales team members.

Both options make it easy to keep your contact data organized and up to date.
