How to install Omnichat on your Custom-built website?

Step 1

Log in to the Omnichat admin page.

Step 2

Go Settings > Channels > Webchat Plugin > Install Webchat Plugin page

1. Enter the website address where you will install the Omnichat Webchat plugin. 2. Choose the Omnichat theme colour. 3. Select the Omnichat Language. 4. Copy the Omnichat installation code.

Please note:

1. verify the URL for accuracy and ensure there are no extra spaces. This action also whitelists the website for installing the Omnichat Webchat plugin.

2. If your website has Content Security Policy (CSP) settings, please add Omnichat-related domains (e.g., https://media-cdn.omnichat.ai, .easychat.co) to your allowlist.

Step 3

Copy and paste this code on every page of your website before the </body> tag
