WACA | Omnichat Installation

How to install Omnichat on Waca?

Step 1

Click "Digital marketing" through WACA backend→ Select Omnichat and start application

Step 2

Go Settings > Channels > Webchat Plugin > Install Webchat Plugin page

1. Enter the website address where Omnichat will be installed 2. Choose the Omnichat theme colour 3. Select the Omnichat Language 4. Copy the Omnichat installation code

Step 3

Enter the WACA backend's "Digital marketing" → "Omnichat", and paste the App Key here and save

Step 4

Visit your website and you will see the Omnichat Webchat Plugin
