How to install Omnichat on Bigcommerce?

Step 1

login to the Omnichat admin page

Step 2

Go Settings > Channels > Webchat Plugin > Install Webchat Plugin page

1. Enter the website address where Omnichat will be installed 2. Choose the Omnichat theme colour 3. Select the Omnichat Language 4. Copy the Omnichat installation code

Step 3

Login to your Bigcommerce Admin

Step 4

Click Advanced Settings > Live Chat

Step 5

Click Olark under Live Chat Service

Step 6

Paste the Omnichat code in Chat Code box
