Persistent Menu

The persistent menu allows you to have an always-on user interface element inside Messenger conversations.

1. You can configure up to 20 buttons. Omnichat’s default button automatically occupies one.

2. You can choose whether to enable the Persistent Menu.

3. Create: You can add a button to open a URL or trigger a bot module, and you can also assign tags.

4. Edit: Modify the button settings at any time.

5. Delete: Remove a button if needed.

6. Default Display: Omnichat messages will be shown by default.
