# Teammates
You can add teammates / refer customers' inquiries to the right teammate for more efficient collaboration.
## Manage Teammates
1. "Search": Ability to search based on name, email, and phone number.
2. "Filter": Filter team members based on their status: online, offline, or deactivated.
3. "Add Team Member": Clicking this option allows you to enter member details and select permissions to add a new team member.
4. "More Features": Batch import of salespeople, batch export of QR codes, and view role permissions.
5. "Number of Customer Service Members": Number of team members with customer service functionality.
6. "Number of Marketing Members": Number of team members with marketing functionality (without customer service privileges).
7. "Number of OMO Member": Number of team members with OMO functionality (only applicable to customers using OMO plan).
8. "Quick Filter List for Team Member Permissions": List of different permission roles.
9. "Member Data List": Displays team members' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and "actions" within the list.
10. "Actions": Options to set as offline, edit member information, deactivate the account, or force logout.
## Add New Teammate
Add teammate by phone number or email address, and click "Send Invitation" to send out the invitation email for registration.

If the newly added team members have the permissions of "Sales Manager" or "Salesperson," the interface will display additional data fields such as "Staff ID" and "Store."

## More Function:Bulk import Sales agents
Step 1: Download the template format and fill in the salesperson data that will be uploaded.
Step 2: Click on "Select file" to select the filled-in CSV file containing the data.
Step 3: The data to be uploaded will be previewed below.
Step 4: After confirming that the previewed data is correct, click the "Import" button to proceed with the import.
## Bulk import Sales agents:Template format
1. "name": Salesperson's name.
2. "email": Salesperson's email.
3. "phone": Salesperson's phone number.
4. "role": Salesperson's role; Salesperson: 6, Sales Manager: 7.
5. "employeeCode": Employee code.
6. "shopLocationCode": Store code.
## More Function:Bulk export QR code
After clicking on "Bulk Export QR Code," a confirmation screen will appear. Once you click on "Confirm," a CSV file will be exported. The QR codes will be presented as URLs. When you click on a URL, a QR code screen will appear.
## Bulk export QR code file
1. "Agent Name": Name of the salesperson.
2. "Employee Code": Employee code.
3. "Shop Location Name": Name of the branch location.
4. "Shop Location Code": Branch location code.
5. "Channel": Social media channel.
6. "Channel Name": Name of the social media channel.
7. "Channel ID": ID of the social media channel.
8. "Message Link": Link to team member's messages.
9. "QR Code Image URL": QR code image of the team member.
## Role Permissions

If you need to view role permissions in the system backend, you can go to Settings > Teammate and click on "More Features" in the upper right corner. From there, select "View Role Permissions" to see the permissions associated with different team member roles.

## Teammate list "Action"
1. Adjusting the online/offline status of team members,which is only allowed for administrator and Manager.
2. When you click on "Edit Member Information," a screen will appear where you can edit the member's information. If you edit the email or phone number of a team member, they will be forcefully logged out from the system.
3. Editing the binding information of team members is restricted to OMO plan users only.
4. When you click on "Deactivate Account," a confirmation screen will appear. Only administrators have the authority to forcefully log out, deactivate, or delete a member's account.
5. When you click on "Force Logout," a confirmation screen will appear.
