# Product Feed

## What is product feed?

Product Feed is usually a csv / xml file that consists of a list of products, as well as attributes and product information, e.g. product image, product ID, product name and price, etc. Most of the E-commerce sites allow merchants to export the product feed file, so you can upload this file to Omnichat.

## How to Upload Product Feed

2. [Product Feed Link](#chan-pin-mu-lu-wang-zhi): If your e-commerce platform (e.g. 91APP/ Waca/ SHOPLINE/ CYBERBIZ) offers the product feed link, you can choose this option.

Click "Upload" to proceed. Omnichat will update the product feed from the link **every morning at 02:00**.
