# Your Profile

Team members can use this section to set up their personal profile information, manage their online/offline status, change the backend interface language, access the Help Center, and log out.

Click the **“v”** dropdown arrow next to your profile picture to expand the menu.

#### 1. My Profile

You can edit your name, login email, and login phone number on this page.

#### 2. Set as Online/Offline

You can set your online/offline status here. If your account had set up the auto assignment rule, you'll need to be online to receive assigned cases.

#### 3. Language

**Hover your** mouse cursor over **Language** to expand the language options (currently supporting four languages). Once selected, the backend interface will be displayed in the chosen language.

#### 4. Help Center

Click **Help Center** will open a new tab and navigate to Omnichat’s [FAQ homepage](https://en-docs.omnichat.ai/).

#### 5. Logout

Click **Logout** will immediately log out and return to the Omnichat login page, where you’ll need to re-enter your email/phone number and verification code to log in again.
