# Add New Staff

Add new staff one by one or bulk upload by csv file. (Setup path: Settings -> Teammates)

## Teammate / Staff

Only administrator can add, deactivate and delete teammates/ staff. (Deleted information will not be able to retrieved)

Setup path: Settings -> Teammates

* Add Teammate
* Import employee
* Export employee's QR Code

## Add new teammate / staff

1. Input the phone number
2. Input the email address
3. Choose role (OMO staff is usually Salesperson or Sales Manager)
4. Input the teammate name
5. Input the employee code
6. Choose shop locations
7. Send Invitation

#### About the columns

1. email: staff email (either email / phone)
2. phone: staff phone number (either email / phone)
3. name: staff name
4. employeeCode: 店員編號 (custom)
5. role: the permission of the employee (can only input "6" or "7")\
   "6" --> Salesperson\
   "7" --> Sales Manager
6. shopLocationCode: the code of employee's affiliated shop (separated by comma)\
   Location Code can be setup at [Shop Management](/en/features/omo-she-ding/fen-dian-guan-li.md#shop-management) page

New entry will overwrite the existing data if there is duplication of staff data.

Please upload csv file for importin.\
You can export your excel file into csv format by following steps.

1. Upload the original excel file to Google Drive, open it in Google Sheets
2. Click File -> Download -> Comma-separated values (.csv)
