Export Salesperson's QR Code

Export all QR codes of all employees for producing name cards or putting them in the store

Only Administrator can export employee's QR Code

Export all employee's QR Code

Click "Export employee's QR Code" to download a csv file, which includes all teammates in LINE / WhatsApp accounts and the affiliated QR codes.

Columns in the exported CSV file:

1. Agent Name

2. Employee Code

3. Shop Location Name

4. Shop Location Code

5. Channel

6. Channel Name (Display Name of LINE / WhatsAPP account)

7. Channel ID (Account ID of LINE / WhatsApp)

8. Message Link: destination URL of the QR Code

9. QR Code Image URL

Export the QR code of a specific staff

On the Salesperson or Sales Manager profile, click "QR Code" to download

QR Code setting

Edit Contact Binding

If there is staff transferring between branches, you can edit contact binding, to transfer the contacts from the original branch to the newly assigned branch. If the staff has resigned, you can transfer the contacts or unassigned cases (the system will close those cases automatically).
